- is able to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
- can participate in developing compelling offers, product structure, price quotations
- can act as a company representative at industry conferences, meetings, and workshops
- is creative & forward-thinking – motivated to learn new areas, integrate business models, bringing fresh, synergistic ideas to enhance the value proposition
- is technically savvy – technologically proficient, with a strong grasp of data and digital tools beyond MS Office
- is travel-ready: Willingness to travel as needed to support projects and client engagements
- has positive can-do attitude: Brings enthusiasm and good energy to the team—our work culture values positive, “good vibes” as much as technical expertise
- Fluent in English language, knowledge of Czech / Slovak language is an asset for local energy markets
- has a driving license
