We are a focused, agile team of 20-30 people driving the future of energy. We operate as a B2B service provider across Slovakia and the Czech Republic, with active expansion into Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Austria.
Our core business is intelligent energy management. We manage batteries and energy resources, trade on electricity markets to generate revenue for clients, and help stabilize distribution networks to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
We are looking for a Senior Engineer who wants to do more than just close tickets. We need someone who can design integration protocols, talk to customers, and build the architecture that powers the green energy grid.

🚀 What You Will Do
As a Senior member of the team, you will have ownership over features from the whiteboard to production.
- Build & Maintain: Develop robust microservices and serverless functions (Lambdas) that integrate with 3rd party hardware/software or process internal data pipelines.
- Architect & Design: Design integration protocols and create technical specifications for new products.
- DevOps Ownership: Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure (we use Terraform/Terragrunt) to ensure smooth deployments.
- Bridge the Gap: You aren’t hidden in a basement. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor: Drive code quality through reviews and help the team solve complex engineering challenges.
✅ Must Haves
- Seniority: Proven track record in software development with Java OR Python (ideally both).
- Database Skills: Deep experience with SQL DBs (experience with Time-series data is a plus).
- Language: Fluent in Slovak and English.
- Independence: You are a problem-solver. You can take a vague requirement, talk to the stakeholder, and deliver a working solution.
- EU Eligibility: You must be eligible to work within the European Union.
